    Sometimes it can be difficult to find staff member.... ( probably due to size and if it is busy) saying that, staff are helpful and friendly

    Very friendly staff will help you with whatever you are looking for. Toilet facilities at the entrance are adequate with male female and disabled facilities. Ample free carparking and delightful garden centre make for a good all round value visit. Always a good deal to be had here.

    Required assistance so intercepted an older staff member who was sporting a "Tech" uniform, and indeed, working on a technical matter at the time, though my query was about the location within the store of outdoor flower containers. The gentleman could not have been more helpful and courteous, taking me to the section and providing me with details on all the options available. I left the store with my purchases and marvelled at the fact I had just received, good old fashioned, articulate, friendly and efficient service....so refreshing!! Thank you, " tall gentleman with glasses" wish I had asked your name and, Thank You Woodies...excellent service.

    Like the new shop layout, it is a big improvement. Good selection of DIY equipment, a wide range of garden and homeware items. Their prices compare well to similar stores and their staff are very friendly and helpful.

    Woodies is the type of place where you can get very nearly everything.
    Friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of paint. Worth a visit.
