  the customer service is =0 @ Currys in Blandchardstown. Got a problem with PS, after just a bot more that a year.paid over 200 eur to get it backed up and delivered in UK. Then i rin a few times the store, and they have it there. Christian Samuel picks the phone when i ring (after finally getting though that took me 40 mins). He confirms my machine is back in their store and asks to come and pick it up. Just before i finished i decided just to double check it and said"is it working, all good". Yes, he said. "so all is fixed"-i asked. And then he says-well did it need a fix.he didn't know a lot about the case,even tough he took the machine.would you not double check before telling the customer to come and pick it up???" then i asked to check it and he said it wasn't even sent to the repair centre in UK.its 200 kilometres for me to that shop, good thing i poped that question...I didn't get why did they keep it and wouldn't send it-it was paid for the service...ok, then it was sent to uk.a few weeks later i get a text to say my pc is in the store-done;t even say was it fixed etc...i try to ring again, 3 times until i get through...the lady on the phone said she couldn't see it and she offered she emails Blanchardstown store and asks them to ring me.an hour later Kate rings me to tell my PC is in the store.Ok, i knew that myself, but was it fixed?To my surprise she didn't know....she promised somebody calls me with an update shortly- and nobody ever.... This is a customer service in Currys@ Blandchardstown ... speechless
