  I have moved over to Meteor from Three nearly two months now. I was with o2, no complaints there.
  I had teething problems with Meteor first as it was a long time since i switched carrier and I forget things quickly.
  I was dealing with a couple of people, wasn't happy.
  I eventually got talking to this guy (turned out he is the manager, and rightly so) he made everything right, he took my phone, told me to go and have a cup of coffee, stop worrying,and when I would come back everything would be done. I did so and indeed whe I came back it was.
  Today, Tue 4th August I had a problem with my bill, I tried 1905 so many times, could'nt get talking to a person, I thought Vodaphone, here I come. I eventualy rang the Navan Store, got talking to Sean, Manager, he explained everything I had to do to stop Direct Debit coming out, as it did this morning and I was left without enough money for my Online Tesco. I didn't realise about it as I pay amounts every Friday to have it paid in time. He gave me all the information of having it paid before Direct Debit date, as I didn't even know I had a direct debit, but he explained why I do. I am now very happy armed with all my information. Hope Sean never leaves Navan, but I think he will, he deserves higher things in Meteor. Im just so glad I had his services. Thank you Sean. Claire.
